Creating a survey that can be taken online and offline can be a highly effective way to increase response rates as well as give you the ability to analyze even more valuable data. Offline surveys are ideal for going door-to-door or doing surveys live and in-person.

Does SurveyGizmo allow me to create an offline survey?

Yes, you can create surveys to be taken in-person offline. To do this, you will need our Enterprise level account. We have created a specially formatted PDF to export already created online surveys to be taken offline. To do this, just click on the “Export Survey to PDF” button (shown below) and you’ll be all set.

Hand out as many of these offline surveys to respondents as need be. Once you have collected their data, just insert it into the online version of the survey by taking the survey yourself. From there you are able to report, export, and analyze the data and start making informed decisions.

How do I get started?

Getting started with SurveyGizmo is simple. To get the offline survey capability, you will need an Enterprise level account. We suggest taking a free 2-week trial of our Enterprise account to make sure everything looks the way you want it to look. To get started just follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Create a free SurveyGizmo account – To create offline surveys, try using our Enterprise edition.
• Step 2: Log into your new account and create your first survey.
• Step 3: Send out live survey links to respondents who wish to take it online and send out hard copy PDF’s for people who wish to take it offline
• Step 4: Collect the data and start analyzing.
